Choosing a luxury custom built home allows you to completely customise your home build to suit your style and lifestyle requirements. A custom builder will work closely with you to ensure that your dream home is able to be built in accordance with your plans, including the size and the layout of your block. This ensures that the design and specifications of the house are entirely your decision, and you can construct the home of your dreams down to the finest detail to suit your block, instead of having to purchase a block to suit a pre-existing option in a project build.
We specialise in custom home design and construction and encourage you to engage the services of a quality architect to assist with new home design and planning. We are able to work in partnership with you to organise an initial meeting with one of our partner architects to establish your new home requirements and translate them into a design that you’ll love.
We recommend working closely with a builder and architect from the beginning. Our most successful projects are those where we’re involved in the planning process from the start. This will enable us to collaborate with our architect or your chosen architect and provide valuable insight and information through the design process regarding building costs and construction requirements which can save you time and money throughout your project.
Absolutely. While we do work with some of Sydney’s leading architects and designers we are still more than happy to collaborate with your architect on your project.
We carefully control the number of clients we take on, so we can comfortably deliver on our promises every time. While we don’t discriminate, we want to work with clients who share our passion for design and the process and choosing to work with a smaller number of clients means we’re creating homes we’re proud of.
Every build is different, and the length of time it takes will depend on the size and complexity of your project as well as the start date. We’ll be able to let you know a rough estimate in a design consultation.
Communication is a top priority for us at Patterson Built. We make a point of taking on a select number of projects each year so that you are guaranteed the direct communication with your site supervisor, who will be the same person throughout your project. You will be communicating a lot with Grant and the office throughout the planning stages but as your project begins, this will move to direct communication with your site supervisor and weekly onsite meetings with Grant to ensure everyone remains on the same page and any issues that arise can be dealt with promptly & efficiently.
Absolutely! Communication is key and working in partnership with our clients is critical to our success. Regular site meeting are scheduled to discuss progress, milestones, works coming up and selections, if needed.
